
The anti-static floor is also called dissipative static floor. It is a kind of floor. When it is grounded or connected to any lower potential point, the charge can be dissipated. It is characterized by a resistance between the 5th power of 10 and the 9th power of 10 ohms. Section 8.3.1 on page 20 of gb50174-2008 code for design of electronic information system room stipulates that the surface resistance or volume resistance of anti-static floor or ground shall be 2.5 × 104~1.0 × 109Ω.

The compliance index is anti-static ceramic floor
1. The fire rating of anti-static raised floor shall meet the requirements of code for fire protection design of interior decoration of buildings.
2. The height of the anti-static raised floor shall be determined according to the use requirements.
(1) For wiring only: the basic size is 250mm.
(2) For wiring and air conditioning air storage: the basic size is 500mm. The removable plates of the floor can be interchanged and have high manufacturing accuracy, so as to ensure the sealing required when the floor space is used as an air-conditioning air storage.
3. The paving construction of the raised floor of the anti-static machine room is the stage of building decoration. After the indoor ceiling board is laid and the ceiling lamps and vents are also installed, the ground shall be cleaned and the raised floor shall be paved (if there is insulation cotton and trunking, the insulation cotton and trunking shall be paved first).
4. The raised floor of the anti-static machine room is laid on the leveled cement mortar cushion. In order to reduce the height of the ground, when it is directly laid on the structural floor, the surface of the structural floor is required to be flat, and the interface agent is sprayed to solidify the concrete surface, so that the ground does not sand.
5. The floor surface shall be soft, non slippery, wear-resistant and pollution resistant.
6. After the floor is installed, it must be grounded, otherwise it will not play an anti-static role.
